support groups

There are times in our lives when we need the understanding and encouragement of others who have walked in similar shoes. Experience renewed hope through our numerous support groups ... and grow your faith in a God who indeed cares for you.

All groups meet at Calvary and are free of charge unless noted differently. For more information, contact Cindy Engelkes by e-mail or at 763.231.2964.

“The act of not discussing or confiding the event with another may be more damaging than having experienced the event per se.” James Pennabaker, American Social Psychologist

Grief is one of our most common human experiences, yet it is one of the most difficult to work through. It is often helpful to be guided through one's grief in the company of others who share in an understanding of recent sorrow. No matter where you are in your grief journey, you are invited to join us for sharing and discussions on topics of spiritual and practical support in this time of change and loss.
