Grace Place is our version of Sunday School! Children will experience a safe, fun, learning environment where they can meet Jesus in unexpected and exciting ways. We have large group time, small group time and an activity that relates to the scripture passage for the day.

My Faith Journey: Bible Class (Grade 3 & parents)

The class is held during the regular Grace Place time, but parents are encouraged to attend. This will be the final class of four opportunities this year when Jason Roton joins our third graders in deepening their understanding of the Bible through fun, age-appropriate activities and games. WNL & NEXT Parent Preview (Grades 5-12 & parents)

Families are invited to experience WNL and NEXT with their kids through games and teaching. Parents will receive important information on the foundations of Calvary’s middle and high school ministries while their kids meet with their small groups. Kids who have completed grades 5-8 and are registered for VBS, either as a youth leader or student, are invited to register for VBS+. Kids will participate in a fun activity each day: Monday – Lawn Bowling at Brookview, Tuesday – serve at Second Harvest Heartland, Wednesday – Games and swimming at Lake Bde Maka Ska (Calhoun). “Play, Learn, Create” Pop-up Summer Care

Registration fee: $50 (non-refundable)
Tuition: $45/day for commitment of 34 days or more; $53/day for less than 34 days
Activity fee: $50 (covers field trips & special events)
For children entering grades 1-3. Spend time with both old and new friends while we play, learn and create together this summer through:

- Field trips (2-3 trips by bus)

Cost: $165 for two-week session
Two-week session for children entering Kindergarten in 2019 and 2020:
- 3-4’s Camp: “Full STEAM Ahead” (for children entering Kindergarten 2020) – Does your child love to design, build, and create? Well, it’s full STEAM ahead! Put on your engineer’s hat as we explore the concepts of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Math) education through exciting hands on activities both indoors and outdoors.
- 4-5’s Camp: “Welcome to Minnesota” (for children entering Kindergarten 2019) – Agates and walleyes and loons… Oh my! Join us as we learn about the State of Minnesota through art, math, science and literacy. This camp also includes a field trip to the State Capitol.

Calvary families receive priority space at camp from Jan. 15 to Mar. 15. While you may register for any week of camp, Calvary has reserved space for Calvary families and friends for the dates listed above. Calvary staff will be onsite at camp, building relationships with students and, we encourage you to join us for “Calvary Week” if that works for your schedule.

Family Camp: Camp Wapo

Join Jason Roton and families from all over the Minnesota/Wisconsin area for a weekend of faith formation and fun for the whole family! Create memories with one another through classic camp activities but also be challenged through age-specific programming. We are excited to welcome you and your family for an exciting weekend growing in relationship with one another and Jesus Christ. Registration opens Jan. 15 and is on a first come basis.
