We had an incredible day visiting World Vision Area Projects around San Miguel, El Salvador. We saw people living in the shadows of a gigantic landfill that is polluting their water and air (and causing respiratory and kidney failure in kids and adults). And we saw the progression of World Vision dream for every person to have access to clean water and sanitation. From distributing filters, to large rainwater collection systems, to a brand new electric pump station providing clean water for hundreds of families, and so much more.
