That’s why Calvary is launching a mid-day Distance Learning program for students in our community! Short Term - Feed My Starving Children
Help feed the hungriest children around the world by packing food with other members of the community or with your friends, family, or small group. You may help pack food on any of the following times:

Ongoing - Community Emergency Services (CES)
Community Emergency Services (CES)
Serve with our CES partner who is a crisis relief and empowerment community outreach that extends God’s love to those in the inner city of South and North Minneapolis.
For groups: Prepare and deliver individualized, non-perishable groceries for clients based on their food preferences. Home delivery volunteers meet CES staff at an apartment complex and deliver the groceries to each homebound client.
For individuals: Same as serving as a group or as an SOS Ambassador
(Supporting our Seniors). Volunteers make monthly phone calls with Home Delivery recipients prior to packing and delivering their groceries based on individual preferences.
TeleCare Volunteers: Through weekly conversations with Meals on Wheels clients, volunteers share information about CES programs, provide resources, and ensure clients have what they need.

Ongoing - Global Health Ministries
Come serve with one of our global mission partner by helping sort and pack medical equipment and supplies for the most vulnerable people in the world.
For groups: Help sort donated items and pack up medical supply kits to be sent to hospitals around the world.
For individuals: Same as serving as a group or volunteer to help in their local office.
In-home: Cut sheets apart and roll to serve as rolled bandages for medical kits.

Healthy food. Proper clothing. Housing stability. This is the ongoing story of PRISM and why we are proud to partner with them.
For groups: Help sort and deliver food from our food drive. Additional help could be in their Thrift Store; sorting and shelving items.

Play the important role of greeting attenders in the chat, answering questions, sharing helpful links and resources, and praying for people through one-on-one prayer.
- Hosts welcome each new guest into the chat area through Church Online or Facebook platforms.
- Spark discussion through icebreaker questions, recapping key points from the message, or asking follow-up questions.
- Pray with people in a private chat and support them through encouraging words.
